Acromial (Lateral) - It is flat. There is a projection called coronoid tubercle near this end.
Sternal (Medial) - It is quadrangular.There is a rough area called costal tuberosity near this end.
Two Parts
Lateral - Flattened from above downwards.
Medial - Cylindrical or roughly quadrilateral.
Anatomical position
Lateral end is flat. Medial is convex forward.
